Payment your way. Money straight to you.

The AI sends the customer a UPI link with the amount and the order number already filled in, so the payment opens in whichever app they use and arrives in yours with the order number as its note. The money never passes through us. It goes from their bank to yours.

Only you can see your UPI app. Without a payment gateway there is no one to tell us the money landed, so the AI will never mark an order paid on its own. A screenshot and a promise are not proof, and treating them as proof is how sellers ship goods nobody paid for.

When the customer says they have paid, the order appears in Payments and in the Needs You queue with the amount, the reference number they gave and any screenshot, behind two buttons: Received, or Not received. You glance at your UPI app, tap one, and the order moves. That tap takes a second and it is the only thing standing between your stock and a fake payment.

The Payments page lists every payment against every order, what has been confirmed and what is still only claimed, with the reference number and the order it belongs to. It totals only the money you have confirmed yourself, because claimed money is not money.

The AI confirms the address, states the total and asks the customer to confirm the order. Your rules decide when COD is even offered: a maximum order value, a lower limit for first-time customers, a COD charge, and which pincodes you actually serve.

Because we never take custody of funds, AdMeDaddy sits outside payment-aggregator licensing, which is also why we can work with the UPI ID you already have instead of forcing you onto a gateway.
