Terms of Service
Last updated 16 September 2026. This draft is reviewed by counsel before launch.
1. The service
AdMeDaddy provides software that connects to a seller's Instagram and WhatsApp business accounts and uses AI to answer customer messages, create orders and request payments on the seller's behalf, subject to the seller's configuration.
2. Your account and your data
You must operate a lawful business and own or control the Instagram and WhatsApp accounts you connect. You remain the data fiduciary for your customers' personal data; AdMeDaddy processes it on your instructions as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. AI replies
The AI only states prices, stock, policies and delivery estimates that you configure. You are responsible for keeping them accurate, for reviewing replies in Shadow Mode before activation, and for every order the service confirms on your behalf. AdMeDaddy is not a party to any sale between you and your customers.
4. Payments
Customer payments are collected through your own payment gateway account, UPI ID or bank account. AdMeDaddy never holds customer funds. Subscription fees for AdMeDaddy are billed through our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, in advance, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Platform rules
You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business and Instagram policies, including customer opt-in for business-initiated messages and no prohibited product categories. Violations may lead to suspension by Meta or by AdMeDaddy.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, AdMeDaddy's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. You may delete your business and all its data from Settings → Account.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city of AdMeDaddy's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
