Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdMeDaddy at admedaddy.com (the “Service”), operated by TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME (TODO_ENTITY_TYPE), TODO_ADDRESS_LINE_1, TODO_ADDRESS_LINE_2, TODO_CITY, TODO_STATE TODO_PINCODE, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

AdMeDaddy uses artificial intelligence to generate advertising copy, campaign strategy, audience suggestions and a proprietary Performance Score. The Service produces text only. It does not connect to, manage or spend money on your advertising accounts, and it does not generate images or video.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.
Accounts are created using a phone number OTP or an email magic link. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping access to your phone and email secure.
One free trial per phone number. Creating multiple accounts to extend the trial is a breach of these Terms.
Seats and workspaces are limited by your plan. Sharing a single seat across multiple people is not permitted.

3. Plans, billing and taxes

The 7-day trial is free and does not require a card. After it ends, generation is paused until you subscribe. Your existing content remains accessible.
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees on a recurring basis through Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record. Dodo issues your invoice and collects and remits applicable GST.
Starter and Growth prices are exclusive of 18% GST. Agency is priced inclusive of GST.
Recurring payments use UPI AutoPay or RBI-compliant card e-mandates. Indian recurring charges may confirm up to 51 hours after the scheduled date; we allow a 3-day grace period before restricting your account.
Usage limits apply per plan and reset at the start of each billing period (daily limits reset each calendar day, IST). Exceeding a limit pauses that feature until the next period or an upgrade.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create advertising that is false, misleading, or violates the ASCI Code, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, or any sector regulator’s rules.
Advertise products or services that are illegal in India.
Impersonate another brand or person, or generate content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property.
Attempt to extract our prompts, models or system instructions, or use the Service to train a competing model.
Resell raw Service output as an AI copywriting product. Agencies may use output in client work; that is what the Agency plan is for.
Circumvent rate limits, usage counters, or access controls.

5. Your content and our output

You retain ownership of everything you input. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to operate the Service.
Subject to your account being in good standing, you own the ad copy and campaign material generated for you and may use it commercially.
AI output is not unique to you. Similar inputs may produce similar output for other users. We make no claim that generated text is original or protectable.
You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it. You, not AdMeDaddy, are the advertiser.

6. The Performance Score

The Performance Score is an editorial assessment produced by a model against a fixed rubric. It is a decision aid, not a prediction of advertising results, and it does not guarantee any click-through rate, conversion rate, return on ad spend, or approval by any ad platform.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give notice by email before it takes effect.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties including model providers, Supabase, Vercel and Dodo Payments. Their outages may affect the Service. Your payment data is handled by Dodo Payments under their terms; we never see your full card or UPI credentials.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or wasted advertising spend. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination you may export your content for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at TODO_CITY, TODO_STATE, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact grievance@admedaddy.com so we can try to resolve it.

12. Grievance officer

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021: TODO_GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_NAME, grievance@admedaddy.com. We respond within 15 days.

13. Changes to these Terms

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Material changes will also be emailed to account owners. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
