Refund policy

Failed generations

If a generation fails for any reason, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically, to the same bucket they came from. You will see the refund in your credit history. No request is needed.

Outputs you do not like

A finished generation that does not match your taste is not a failure: the credits are spent. Use the free script editor, change the creator or style, or generate a variation. Where an output is clearly broken (wrong product, unreadable, corrupted file) write to hello@admedaddy.com within 7 days with the ad title and we will re-credit it.

Subscription

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months. If you were charged after cancelling, write to us and we will refund the charge in full.

Top-ups and trial

Top-ups and the ₹99 trial are one-time purchases of credits and are non-refundable once any of the credits have been used. An unused top-up can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

Refunded in full within 7 working days of you telling us. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments.
